It was a great day for hiking, if you ignored the humidity. We did introductions at the Visitor Center and headed down the Amp Brumby Trail. We did the Camp Brumby Loop and continued to the intersection of the New Salem Church Trail. Returning the way, we passed by Camp Brumby without making a second loop we returned to the Visitor Center. We took frequent water breaks and did 5.5 miles still finishing exactly on time.
