What a nice hike at Leita Thompson this morning with loads of vets, one newbie (Michelle), and two new-to-me members, Andy and Indu. So nice to get to know newer members, but sad to know that Michelle will have to return to her teaching job next week!

It felt especially humid and muggy to me this morning. We covered about 4.7 miles in our 2 hours, which was a moderate speed, but we all heated up quickly and sweated a lot!

Lee took several nice photos which have been added to the album (thank you, Lee), and 8 of us had a nice lunch together after the hike at Panera. ~ Joyce
