We did introductions inside the check-in area at Point Park. At Chattanooga NBP parking is free to park in their small parking lot or you pay the city of Lookout Mountain, TN to curbside park. You show your NP pass at the gate to get into Point Park and the trails. We took a group picture at Point Park and the Bluff Trail. From there we went to Sunset Rock to enjoy the view. Following Gum Spring Trail to the Guild Trail and the Rifle Pits Trail to the Craven House Trail we returned to the Bluff Trail and Point Park where we took one more group picture. We called the Guild Trail the Acorn Slip and Slide Trail. Must of the group went to Massy Kitchen, a few minute drive from Point Park, for lunch before heading for the hotel to check-in.
