An enjoyable hike this morning. We met Susan and Frances as they were hiking on the trail, and we saw two sets of Chattapoochie dogs! It was lucky that Susan and Frances were on the trails, because they caught up with our group just after Jeff had a bit of a fall and hit his nose, causing a lot of bleeding. They volunteered to walk Jeff back to his car so he could get cleaned up. (We saw Jeff after our hike, and he was doing fine.). Thanks to Mike Collette for having his well-stocked first-aid kit with him! He was able to clean Jeff's bleeds quite handily.

The weather was nice, though still very warm and humid. Rain is coming soon, so maybe Fall will soon follow.
