We introductions at the end of the parking lot and headed towards Kolb’s Farm East Trail. We stopped to talk about the new bridge across John Ward Creek. We continued south stopping to talk about how 50 years ago part of the trail was underwater causing the park to build a trail on higher ground and look at the skeleton in the backyard by the trail until we came to Powder Springs Steet then head north on the Kolb’s Farm West Trail. We then took Activity Area 3 Trail back to the Illinois monument and parking lot.
