Write Up:
It was a lovely evening's stroll, seemed everyone was getting the cobwebs out of their hiking boots and enjoying the evening air in the early spring.  Passing one historic home of note, we were invited in, en mass, to view the gardens of the former Macy's owner by the homeowner herself!  She told us some background on the house and its environs, making for a surprise detour in our walk.
Some returned back to their cars to beat the setting sun, others of us continued the full journey and reached our cars by dusk.
