Write Up:
This outing turned out to be a very popular one with more people on the wait-list than total spots. We took as many people as possible, but had to refer others to another AOC hike on the same day.

The day turned out to be very beautiful and sunny as we set out on the 3.5 mile trail to the waterfalls. We got to know each other a little better during the hike and we improvised along the trail due to obstacles such as downed trees, boulders, and a washed out bridge. We made it to the falls and the group had a wonderful time having lunch, swimming, splashing, and playing in the water. We headed back to the cars along the same route and the drive back to reality.

At the carpool place, several of us continued our conversations and enjoyed a good Mexican dinner. Thanks to everyone for making it such a great hike and I look forward to many future events.
