Write Up:It was yet another beautiful Spring-like afternoon for hiking the banks of the Chattahoochee River! Parking is usually an issue on days like this, what with old-man winter giving us a break and all. However, everyone was able to safely park and join us for another great hike at East Palisades.
We started our hike a little behind schedule, but we stuck to our time-line and arrived back at the parking lot within 1 minute of our scheduled end time. A great time was had by all. The pace was swift, stopping briefly at trail markers to re-group.
As with most AOC hikes ... new friendships were made, existing bonds were strengthed, and everyone involved has a great time!
A big thanks to all who attended!

P.S. I took a total of 71 photos of our hike. Some of them may look like duplicates, but they are not. My camera does a nice job at taking multiple shots. It is a great way of (almost) guaranteeing a great shot of group photos. You know, when people are blinking, yawning, etc. Please feel free to logon and tag yourselves (and others) at http://facebook.com/jmitchtx. And, if you are so inclined, friend me. Also, the hi-rez versions of these shots are available upon request.
Thanks again, and have a great week!
