Write Up:
What a beautiful day for a climb! Temperatures didn't get too hot up on Pidgeon Mountain with plenty of shade and a slight breeze. We set up three top ropes of varying difficulty, so everyone from our beginners to our experts had both fun and challenges. Rocktown is such an amazing place, after our rope climbs we explored up on top of, below, and through all the limestone formations. "The Maze" offered both tight squeezes and towering views, with a whole new world on top of all the rocks. We wrapped up our long day with our hike out and a few cold beverages. Everyone loved the place, so more trips up there are definitely in the works!
