Write Up: Sometimes less is better. With only 5 of us on today's hike at Island Ford (7, if we count the two dogs) we were able to talk at great length with each other and make good friendships. We went off trail for a bit and ended up under the Roswell bridge. The DOT ought to know about the deep cavern that has been created in the earth by run-off water! Thanks to all who made the hike such a pleasure: Pepsi, James Laborde, Joan O'Brien, and Andrea Cooksey (a new member!).
