Write Up:
The weather was perfect and we kept a comfortable pace for a total of over 2.5 hours. We had a group of 10, including 3 experienced trip leaders, and welcomed two new people to the AOC and to Kennesaw Mountain. We received additional exercise dodging all the cub scouts, but it was also wonderful to see children enjoying the outdoors. Several of us noticed 3 deer, but they refused to pose for photographs. The beloved wild turkey was not in his usual spot on Little Kennesaw.
