Write Up:
What a great hike tonight. We saw 9 deer over the 5.8 miles we hiked. Some were so close we could almost touch them. The leaves and sunset were beautiful. It was a great night to be outside. We (the D3 hikers) met up with Danny's No Tarryers (D4 hikers) outside the Visitor's Center. We all finished our hikes at about the same time. It was a good night to be an AOC'er.
