We had a fantastic two days on the Horsepasture.  The water was up significantly since the last time I was there in October making the waterfall viewing awe inspiring.  The pounding at Windy Falls was deafening, the water volume in "the flume" making it clear why the area regularly claims lives.  All seven of us survived Windy Falls and the grueling hike back up out of the gorge to the campsite.  Soon after returning tio camp it was time to get the campfire ready the saws came out!  At one point there were three working at once...two on the same log!  Ron's "Sawvivor" apparently outcut William and his Sven saw.  We all got to enjoy the fruits of their labor with a fine campfire.  This is the point where I promised I would state that Andy cut some wood.  Andy did, in fact, use his Sven saw to cut wood for the campfire.  Sunday morning we packed up, Bill volunteered to remain at the site to guard the gear while the rest of us hiked upstream to check out the waterfalls.  Willam found an old ball  and some manageable logs and tossed them to a long fall and watery demise over Rainbow Falls as we all cheered.  What's more fun than throwing things over a raging 125' waterfall?
