What a beautiful day for a walk! We welcomed two new members to the club, Mary and Carmen, joined by returning member Karen. We learned about the history of Ponce de Leon and the Olmstead parks, with fellow trip leader Charlie pointing out various birds, trees, and plants along the way. A nice stroll in the park was just what everyone needed to enjoy the day. I look forward to sharing this unfortunately seldom used in town park again.
