Tom Harjung and I led this Sunday morning Buford Dam Hike & Swim event during Memorial Day Weekend. It was a 4+ mile hike on the beautiful Laurel Ridge Trail and 1+ hour swim in Lake Lanier. A great group of AOCers enjoyed the perfect spring (hot and humid! - felt like summer) day. We all want to do this event again soon and plan to make it a full day event next time (grilling and chilling on the beach is a must).
