Us 3 ran for 35 minutes to reach paper mill parking lot.  This is a great moderate trailrun with many undulations.  In an hour we covered approximately 6.3 miles and 800 feet of elevation.  I would like for more to join us next week, it was the perfect run to take the edge off from work.  Hopefully we get someone with a GPS next time to get spefic stats on the trail.
