Write Up:
It was a beautiful day at Red Top Mountain State Park. All of the dogs were cute and except for one grumpy gus they were all well-behaved. It was good to hear that most were rescue dogs. Poor Margaret got left behind at one stop because I didn't realize she had to stop for equipment issues. She was a good sport about it though and to prevent more trouble Jennifer and Chuck volunteered to be sweepers. Hey I only have to bring back 90% of the group! :) The lake level was so high that I walked right past our lunch spot! I suppose it's good that it's back up. Everyone was understanding and we found another spot for lunch. In spite of the problems I think everyone had a great time. I'll do another dog hike soon. Hope to see you there!
