What an excellent hike we had at East Palisades.  Sadly, Lauren had to drop off the hike - - which left the group in the hands of Joyce (yikes).  But Craig, new to us all, was an expert on the area - - so he was designated to be the honorary trip leader!  He did an excellent job, taking us on several lesser known trails and getting us back to our cars precisely at dusk.  We were in good hands!
