A really nice, peaceful hike through the park and the woods surrounding the park. Just enough distance and incline to get your heartrate up, but not overwhelming. We could all still chat and laugh throughout the hike. And a bonus - a nutrition lesson from Ofelia during the lunch break. Nutrition 102 with emphasis on Reading and Understanding Food Labels.
