Started with a bit chilly temperature, but at mid-hike the weather got better. Since it was early for lunch and the wind was cold, we decided to have our lunch at the Ravine Cliff near the Waterfall - and water was flowing this time. We also had our Nutrition 103 with emphasis on calculating the Desirable Weight and Calorie Needs. My last minute decision to bring Sarge along was a not a bad one after all, but I noticed that he was complaining after hitting 5-miles and wanted to go home. However, I made it clear to him that he asked for it so, he got it! Anyway, everyone enjoyed the hike and we finished at 1:45pm.
