Red Heart is not just for Valentines Day. That's right, we did our Wellness Hike in support of February's "Go Red for Heart Women" - a cause to prevent heart disease in Women.  Yes, we talked about nutrition, and sources of Triglycerides (the transformation of calories into fat in the blood).  What a nice cool and sunny late afternoon hike with fun AOC members.  Thanks Stan for keeping the group alert and alive. Yes, we wore Red. I forgot to bring my camera and Tatiana was so happy about that thinking that was all there is to believe, but I got my cellphone camera as well and managed 3 shots.
