Oh how was the weather forecast wrong … snow, chance of rain 30%, respectively 70%.  Nothing even close.  A few snowflakes only early on, otherwise blue skies with white clouds .... a bit chilly, but very nice.  And what a nice group we had.  Most of us went for some well-deserved German food and drinks after the hike.

And .... let’s welcome Bert.  It was his very first hike with the AOC.  Bert plans to hike the whole Appalachian Trail in the next couple of years.
