We were surprised at the heat this afternoon, but that didn't stop our group from having a wonderful hike around the mountain. We finished the 5.2 miles in 1 hour, 45 minutes . . . a respectably fast pace. We were so proud of Sue for completing her first hike at the Cherokee Trail!
