Well, in spite of a fender bender on the way, I arrived on time to hike to the top of Stone Mountain with the other early bird.  I would like to welcome Lawrence on this, his second event with the club.  We started on time and the weather was perfect.  Once at the summit we enjoyed a nice gentle breeze and a great view of a perfect sunrise.  There was a good sized crowd assembled on the mountain by the time we headed down and the parking lot was almost full by the time we returned to the bottom.  Stone Mountain was a very popular place today.  The great weather brought out the multitudes!  All in all it was an enjoyable hike!
