What a special engagement this wonderful day turned out to be. Fifteen brave AOCr's took a chance that the forecast of possible rain and thunderstorms would not dampen our day, and we were all pleasantly rewarded with a perfect day for summiting to Georgia's second highest peak. The majority of our group were experiencing the spectacular 360 degree views from Rabun Bald's tower for the very first time. After the hike we enjoyed a well-earned dinner in Clayton. We're so glad to have had such a great group of people committed to join us for this notable day!
