Write Up:

Joyce warned Harry to speak up if we went the wrong way, but he failed to listen resulting in the group taking a strenuous detour part way up the mountain and then a bush whacking jaunt back to the correct trail. This detour ate up valuable time, so we had to quicken the pace to get back for the sunset hike on time. Everyone kept up well, but what a workout it was! The temperature was still somewhat mild, but the fast pace had us all drenched by the end of the 5.5 mile hike. What fun! Welcome to the AOC, Dave. So nice to have you with us.
