And they said it would rain..Today was a beautiful day to hike and the rain Gods kept away. The trees without their leaves opened up different views for us. It allowed us sneak peeks at the creek as we walked the trails. At one point we could see the mill ruins from across the creek while still being on the trails. Previously we could hear the dam from a distance but only view it as we came closer, but now, we see it almost as soon as we hear it!
Different seasons make hiking the same place so much more interesting!
