We had a great group of 9 people at  at Island Ford today. It was chilly morning , but Toni Tucker  pace of 3.15 miles per hour got everyone's heart pumping to warm and toasty feeling. It was a beautiful sunny day and we covered 5.5 miles in an hour and 45 minutes. Thanks to Toni for her tray of Baklava and sharing with everyone
