Thanks to everyone that came to the 3rd annual Surf and Turf. The weekend went off well and despite a little rain, the good spirits were not damped. Here is a recap of the wonderful weekend…

Friday night’s dinner consisted of Hamburgers, Hotdogs and Boca Burgers and everyone had their fill. During the cooking process it was rumored that a Nameless Individual Carelessly Knocked the co-leader into the grill, but this was only rumor and the truth of the matter was #%ERROR TEXT CANNOT BE DISPLAYED%# Later that night everyone sat around the camp fire and made introductions.

Saturday morning scrambled eggs and sausage were served for breakfast followed by a light brunch consisting of rain. Then all but two went rafting when the time was at hand. Even though many got wet, everyone survived and was able to return for a volleyball tournament followed by a Cinco De Mayo dinner of tacos and beans! However, there was a little surprise as all joined in to sing Tanya a birthday tune.

Finally, Sunday arrived considerably early for a small group that went jumping out of a perfectly good airplane. For the rest of us, breakfast was served and once again a volleyball competition was had.
