Today was supposed to be a cool day, but it wasn't. It was humid! We sweated buckets on this 6 mile hike. We saw several mushrooms throughout this hike of various colours, shapes and sizes. Mid-way through our hike we chanced upon a 4ft long rat snake by the side of the trail. A quick snap and a gentle nudge, and he was gone. 

We were all glad to see Heidi on this hike who has a short break from school. Always a pleasure to see her on hikes. 

Won K. and Mimi K did a fantastic job on their hike with the club.
