Itinerary:

Have you heard the news?  Stone Summit now has a Kennesaw location, and it is officially the nation's largest indoor climbing gym! 

Be part of this Inaugural AOC Indoor Climbing Event (and you dont have to bring your honey to attend!).  This will be a relaxing climb, geared towards teaching the basics of climbing.  Climbers of all levels are welcome to come.

Cost, not paid to the AOC, is $10 a person.  This includes gear.  The only way to qualify for the $10 is to be signed up for the event.  There will be a name sheet at the front desk.  That will be the list I use for the event so please tell them your name.  Then come find me, i will be wearing my VERY green AOC shirt.

If you have never climbed at Stone Summit, or have not yet been to the Kennesaw location, you will have to sign a new waiver.  You may want to get there a little early to accomplish this.  The gym opens Saturday at 10am.  The event will last approximately 2 hours.

Required Items to Bring:

Wear clothes geared towards working out.  No baggy Shirts or pants, you do have to put a harness on to climb on the wall.

All gear is included in the price.

Notes:

Stone Summit provides storage lockers for a small fee.  It is ok to keep a small bag with you in the climbing area, tucked away under nearby benches.


* We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines while participating in AOC events.
