Itinerary:

Switching this hike to Tuesday this week due to previous commitment. Hope you can still make it.

This is my favorite "Roswell area" hike. The trails have a lot of ups and downs to give our legs and hearts a great work out. We will do the outer loop trails as well as a few of the inner trails in order to get in our total mileage of 6 miles. Most of the hike is along the water's edge and really beautiful.

Due to the varied terrain, rocks, roots, etc along the trail, the pace overall will be moderate to fast. We'll  go at a fast (not fitness pace) where we can, slowing down along the "tricky" parts to reduce risk of falls or injuries. I recommend poles due to the condition of the trail and to give your upper body more of a workout.

This is not a hike for beginners. However, this is NOT a fitness hike.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for introductions. Also, you have until 5:00 pm on the day of the hike to remove yourself if something comes up. After that time, please text me or call to cancel.

Just a reminder - there are no restrooms here! And don't forget your parking pass or $3 for parking.
