Itinerary:

Join us for a beautiful paddle down the Chattahoochee River. We will begin at Azalea Park and paddle downstream toward Bull Sluice Lake.  We are going to explore a couple of coves that come before Bull Sluice.  (We will not be paddling all the way to Bull Sluice Lake.)  We had such a lovely paddle last Sunday evening, so we hope you will join us for another beautiful day on the water.  Last week, we saw several blue heron, people exploring the bluffs, beautiful homes around the cove, and had just an all around good time.  We will be going at a leisurely pace and will more than likely have a snack on our boat, when we paddle around one of the coves.

We will meet at Azalea Park in the parking lot across from the Atlanta Rowing Club. We will paddle approximately 5-6 miles at a leisurely pace. This event is very appropriate for beginners.

This is a bring your own boat event.
