Kennesaw Mountain is 1,808 feet above sea level. It is approximately a 700 foot incline from the Visitor Center to the mountain's summit. We will meet up and start at the Kennesaw National Battle Field Park Visitor Center. This 5.5 mile hike will be a moderate to semi-strenuous hike and not for first time hikers.

Weather: Right now, the weather looks great with 87 degress and sunny.

Poison ivy is prominent this year and everyone needs to be aware. It would be wise to bring some bug spray with at least 25% deet.
