Itinerary:

Sweetwater Creek Park in Lithia Springs Georgia is an awesome trail. It is one of the most visited state parks in all of Georgia and is also one of my favorite parks to hike. I have hiked these trail many times, but have listed this as an explorer hike so that we may enjoy any and all of the wonderful trails that Sweetwater has to offer.

For this event, our group of hikers will need to be prepared and ambitious as this is a 14-mile hike in the summer.

You will need to bring plenty of water (4 liters), snacks, treking  poles (if you use them), and an enduring attitude as we seek to explore and build our hiking endurance with this 14-mile (3.0 mph pace) at Sweetwater.

Additionally, we will move at a pace of 3.0 and take only a few breaks, so this event is not for beginners or those who have not hiked distance. Be ready for an awesome hike, endurance buildng, and a great day filled with outdoor adventure!

I look forward to hiking with everyone!
