Itinerary:

 

Riverside Park is conveniently located between Sandy Springs, and Roswell, GA. The park has paved trails that go along the Chattahoochee River, so that we may enjoy some of the excellent views along the river walk while energizing to start our  weekend.   The park also has a Splash Park for children, docks for fishing, picnic areas and a playground.

However, for this event we are simply walking the trails to  energize for the rest of our weekend and enjoy nature. We will be starting our hike at 8:00 am and plan to complete our 3-mile walk by 9:00 am.

The park has bathrooms and concession stand that are located in front of the playground. You will see them when you pull into the parking lot. In either case, please meet in front of the concession and bathroom area. I look forward to walking/hiking with everyone!
