Itinerary:

We'll leave the Indian Trail Park and Ride promptly at 8:30 AM.  The plan is to depart from the Panther Creek trail head at 10:00 AM, for anyone meeting us there.  We'll keep a moderate pace out to the falls.  There is some elevation change and it is about 3.5 miles to the falls.  If you have not been to Panther Creek Falls before, the last .25 mile includes some narrow, rocky ledges.  These are sometimes slick.  But, there are secure guy-lines and it is very doable.  If you have any concerns, feel free to call the trip leader.

Here is the fun part:  Everyone should plan to bring an appetizer, enough to share (cheeses, cured meats, dips with crackers).  Fondue, anyone?  Impress your hiking buddies.  Who can bring the coolest app to the falls?  For those so inclined, perhaps bring something to sip and share or nice cup of espresso.  Assuming the weather is nice, we'll hang out at the falls for a while and enjoy a beautiful winter day and great company.  How long we stay at the falls will be dependent on the weather.

We'll then return to the trail head, retracing our steps.
