Itinerary:

Thanks to Sharon F. for alerting me to this Roswell art project which highlights 10 sculptures installed at various outdoor sites in Roswell parks. These sculputres will be displayed through December 2016.  Since the parks are some distance from each other and distance prohibits walking from one to the other, we'll be seeing just two sculptures that have been erected at this park, which is the second of our ArtsAround Roswell series..

The trails at Roswell Area Park are wide and smooth packed earth, with some asphalt sections along the way, so comfortable shoes are all that you need to bring.  Walking will not be a problem. The park is a multi-use athletic facility, so as we hike we'll have lots of views of the fields and various teams at practice.  We'll also walk around a beautiful pond that begs for photographs.

We will begin our hike on time, so please arrive a few minutes before the hike is scheduled to start to check in.

This is a dog-friendly park, with many dogs on the trail.  There is a strict leash law at the park, so if you bring your dog, for the good reputation of the AOC you're expected to obey it.
