Itinerary:

Join us for a fun wet hike on the Conasauga River near Cisco, GA.  It is a good way to stay cool while enjoying some outdoor exercise.  The Hike has a dozen river crossings that are about knee deep or less.  While this is a D3 hike it is not for beginners;  We will be hiking in sandals, water shoes or old tenni's; we cannot stop at every crossing to change out of boots.

We will stop for lunch at a swimming hole for wading or swimming so bring something to swim in or just hike in your bathing suit.  It is a good idea to bring a change of cloths for the ride home after the hike.

The last seven miles of the carpool are on a forest service road so we need drivers who have a CUV, SUV or car with high ground clearance.  The road is well traveled so it should not be too bad.  We have to give preference to those on a waitlist who have the type of vehicle and are willing to drive.

Please arrive at the Busbee Park & Ride ten minutes before 9 so we can meet and arrange the carpool.
