Itinerary:

The Big Tree Forest Preserve is a nice 1.2-mile nature trail in the Sandy Springs community. The trail is a mulch and dirt trail with mild slopes. Many rocks along the stream that parallels the hiking trail to add to the wonderful landscapes at Big Trees. As a bonus, we have new bridges connecting our trails...YAY!

Additionally, the nature trail is a perfect trail for beginning hikers and those who just want to energize on Sunday morning. Since this is a small trail, we will move at a moderate pace to complete our three-mile hike in an hour and enjoy the rest of our day! Beginners and Newcomers are welcome to join us for this event!

I look forward to hiking with everyone!
