This is a beginner hike on a soft trail and hard surface. The pace will be closer to 3.0 mph. Moderate to fast.

The address of the starting/ending point is 1600 Old Alabama Road, Roswell, GA 30076

This is the entrance to the Big Creek Greenway which goes into Alpharetta Greenway.

We are meeting at the entrance - DO NOT GO INTO THE RESTROOM AREA - because we will walk the nature trail into the hard trail, then continue on the Greenway and return via the nature trail.

Required Items to Bring:

Sneakers or boots. Water. A good attitude.

Drive along the park road to the entrance of Big Creek Park (make a left after Belcourt Apartments heading east). Look for my black Subaru at the first parking lot. DO NOT GO TO THE RESTROOM AREA.

Notes:

If there is rain the hike will be cancelled because the Greenway floods easily.
