I hope that you will also sign-up for the Kennesaw Mountain Trail Club Work Day event prior to this to help maintain the Kennesaw Mountain Cease Fire trail. See the event starting 2/11 Saturday 8:30 am. See the event for details. Let's show some love for our trails!!!

Come join me on a fun hike!!!! This hike is a 3.0 moderate pace due to the distance in the allotted time.

Cheatham Hill / Kolb Farm Loop is relatively flat but does have some hills. The hills are not too steep nor too long. The trail meanders through the Civil War battlefield forest. We will be discovering things from the Civil War period. We might be lucky and see some deer or horses on our hike.

There is NO Parking Fee

Please be sure you are capable of doing the 5.5 miles in 2.00 hours. We want to stay together as a group & have fun.

We will meet at the parking lot. There are NO restroom facilities at this location. Please arrive by 1:15 pm for socializing and introductions. We will be starting our hike PROMPTLY at 1:30 pm.
