Meet at Springer Mtn parking lot at 9:45am to start hike at 10am up to summit and back (1.8mi), then continue on the AT to Cooper Gap (10.7mi) with out/backs to Springer Mtn & Hawks Mtn Shelters plus Long Creek Falls (.5mi). Total 13 miles at 3mph pace with approx 3000ft elevation gain.
