Itinerary:

Please come join us for a Trip Leader meeting. All Trip Leaders and Prospective Trip Leaders (who are in their solo phase by Sept. 24th) are invited and encouraged to attend. 

This meeting will be different from any other TL meeting you have attended before and promises to be a fun event.  We'll offer our TL's and PTL's the opportunity to be part of an "Open Mic Night" style event.  No listening to Directors bore you with what they are doing, time for you to share, discuss and talk (tell jokes, share stories, sing, etc). 

The mic will be all yours for up to 10 minutes!  One small requirement is it's going to be an Oreo Open Mic.  You must start out with telling us one positive thing about the AOC and close with another positive comment! 

Those interested in sharing during this event should email TrenaChellino@gmail.com to be added to the schedule; we will try to fit up to 10-15 people in.

As Trip Leaders, you are the heart of our Club.  We are very grateful for the creativity of the events you plan, the professional manner in which you conduct those events, and the encouragement you offer to members in their physical, social, and emotional growth. 

So that we can plan accordingly we're closing registration for the meeting on Friday, Aug. 22th.

 

We'll be gathering in the large meeting room in the back to the left of the pool table area. The AOC will provide appetizers and you can buy drinks or order additional food. We hope you'll be able to join us.

There is plenty of free parking.  Please do not park in the 2 hour spaces or the Fidelty spaces.  

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow trip leaders and potential trip leaders in a casual setting. Come for a drink, or enjoy one of the excellent menu selections.
