Itinerary:

We will go around the trail twice at a moderate pace (not slow and leisurely but more of a normal brisk pace) for a total of 3.5 miles and will finish in 1 hour.  Skip lunch and hike!

 


Required Items to Bring:

Good walking shoes or hiking boots with good socks to avoid blisters. Appropriate clothing for weather.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Take 1-285 to Ashford-Dunwoody Road, Exit 29. If you are traveling east on I-285, turn right at the first light. If you are traveling west on I-285, turn left at the first light. Travel south on Ashford-Dunwoody Road for .9 miles and turn left on W. Nancy Creek Drive. This will be past the Montgomery School on your left but before you get to Marist School on your right. Travel .5 miles to the entrance to the park BEFORE the lake...on your left. Parking is very limited and if full, you can park across the street at the baseball fields.  There are no restrooms at this location.
