AT Approach / Hike Inn Loop + Optional Noon Thai Lunch!

The hike is approximately 10 miles round trip with a moderate hiking speed and only a few rest breaks. We will start at the top of the falls. From the trailhead, we will hike the AT Approach trail for 4 miles. We will turn onto the Len Foote Trail and hike a mile to Len Foote hike Inn.  We will stop at the Inn for a break. We will continue back via the Len Foote route back to the parking lot.  After we dust ourselves off from our hike, we will continue to the Thai Restaurant on our trip back to the park and ride (Directions to follow).

We should be back in Atlanta early afternoon.

Notes:
The Inn will sometimess have some bread, dessert or fruit left over from dinner the night before that you can take in exchange for tips for the Inn employees but this is not a guarantee.  They will have iced tea, lemonade and other drinks.
