Itinerary:

Start our hike behind Ocoee Power House III on BMT for 4 miles then take Rough Creeck Trail for 3.5 miles turn onto Licklog Trail for 4 miles and our campsite for the night. Sunday we will continue on Licklog Trail and BMT which share the same treadway for 4 miles until it intersects with BMT 12 take left back to power house and our starting Point.

Required Items to Bring:
water, tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, lunch for Saturday and dinner for Saturday Night.

I-575 North to Blue Ridge and Hwy 5 turn left to McCaysville take left at traffic light thru Cooperhill Tennessee to Hwy 64 West to Ocoee Power House III. Parking lot is behind power house. Turn left on FS 45 and go over bridge go pass power house and follow sign to Thunder Rock Campground, park on left/right before gate to campground.

Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $44.00 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. This is a guideline, not a rule, for drivers but the cost should not be higher unless there are extenuating circumstances.
