Itinerary:

Come join us for a scenic view of the Chattahoochee River and the wetlands. We will be having a relaxing hike enjoying the views as well as our great conversations.  We can stop at any moment to take pictures. The trail along Roswell's Azalea Drive is flat and asphalt.  This is a great hike for beginners and people wanting to get back out to the outdoors.

There are bathroom facilities at this site.

Please arrive by 3:20 pm to find a parking place & for use of restroom facilities, socializing and introductions.  We will meet next to the boat launch.

Out of respect for the majority of people who arrive on time, we will leave PROMPTLY at 3:30 pm. This is a popular park so allow enough time to find a parking space (See directions for parking options).

The Roswell Riverside Boardwalk officially opened December 16, 2016. It is a 0.7 mile walk through wetlands and over water from Azalea Drive to the Chattahoochee Nature Center on Wileo Road. The new section of the Roswell Riverside Boardwalk continues from the Chattahoochee Nature Center to Wileo Park officially opened October 20, 2018 and is .6 miles in length.
