Now that it's almost summer, and things are starting to heat up outside, come join us for a hike and a swim at Panther Creek Falls. This is a relatively flat hike of 3.5 miles along Panther Creek until we reach the falls. Once we reach the falls, we'll stop for lunch and enjoy a swim. After about 2 hours at the falls, we'll return to the trailhead. This is a good hike for virtually all fitness levels. Come join us!

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take I-985 North which turns into US 23/441. 16 miles past Cornelia, turn left onto Glen Hardman Road, then turn right onto Historic 441 for 1 mile to the Panther Creek Recreation Area parking lot.

Carpool Cost: Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $57.60 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. This is a guideline, not a rule, for drivers but the cost should not be higher unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Parking fee $3.00 - pay at the trailhead Share the cost of gas with whom you carpool. This hike will not occur if rain is likely.
