Itinerary:

Because of a glitch in the registration process, we've run into the problem of having too many members added to the active list above the maximum limit of 20.  Please be aware that we will be moving members above 20 registrants to the waiting list in the order of their registration times.  People will then be added to the active list as we have withdrawals.

This is a great hike for beginners of for folks who want to take the trails at a comfortable pace - - just because.  The trails are not too long, and definitely not too strenuous.  For experienced hikers, it's a nice way to stretch your legs after a strenuous weekend of hiking.

We'll start in the official CNRA area, but venture along a path that leads to the Morgan Falls Dam.  Along the way, we'll cross a couple of big, short pipes.  Most folks can easily handle these, but an option is simply to descend a few feet into the creek bed to cross.

We haven't been to Johnson Ferry North in a great while, so we're not sure what shape the trails are in.  Be prepared for adventure!

There ARE bathrooms at this location . . . always a nice amenity.  But there's also that $5 parking fee, since this is one of the CNRA units.  Your pass will work if you have one.
